LS1 learned how to balance with table tennis equipment.

First we learlned how to hold the bat. We had to hold the bat like your shaking someone's hand and shooting them at the same time.

The second thing we did we had to bounce the ball multiple times using my forhand. after that I had to bounce the ball on the other side of the bat using my back hand.

Then we practiced the drop serve. We had to bounce the ball on the table once and hit it to your partner.

When we were playing table tennis I went around the world 2 in a half timws.

First names we learnt are Hakopa, Irihapeti, Tarati, Kararaina which are Dorothy, Caroline, Jacob, Elizabeth.

Today I did balancing when throwing and catching with a frisbee.

The first activity that I did I had to throw the frisbee to my partner and I had to catch it.

The second activity included me throwing the frisbee and my partner would have to catch it and face a certain direction.

The third activity incuded Mr Ogilvie or Joe throwing a frisbee and I would have to run cacth it land in a certain direction and throwing the frisbee into the goal.

The last activity I did was called ultimate frisbee. I had to throw the frisbee to my teamates and try get a goal.

Balancing

I learned about balancing with tenis balls and a tennis racket.

The first activity I did was balance the tennis ball on our tennis racket.

The second activity involved my partner throwing the ball to me, and I hit the ball back to my partner.

The last activity involved me running to the ball, stopping and hitting the ball over the net while staying balanced.

I like doing this because it helps me get better at balancing while hitting a ball.

PE

Today we learned balancing with sports equipment.

I first used egg and spoon. We had to make sure that our arms are straight and balance on one leg and act like your sitting down but one leg is straight to. Using egg and spoon was really difficult becauase when I came up I started to wiggle.

Then we used volly balls. We needed to balance on one leg and the other person would throw the ball and we had to pick if we wanted to dig or set. Using volly balls were easy becuase I know how to dig and set a little bit.

After we used soccer balls. We had to ballence the soccer balls on our foreheads and when we finished trying to keep the soccer ball on our forheads for over three seconds. After that we had to bounce it on one of our leg. Using the soccer balls were easy when I balanced it on my forehead but when I tried to bounce the ball on my leg it was really hard.

After that we used tennas balls and rackets. We had to face the side and head facing the person that is throwing the ball. Using the tennas balls and rackets were hard because when I went to lean forward my leg started to wiggle.

Then we used hockey sticks and the ball. We had to do the same as tennas face the side and look at the person that is going tp rool the ball at us. Using the hocky sticks and the ball was kind of hard because the ball was rolling the wrong way and I had to lean forwad and my leg was wiggling.
