Basic Facts Boxes

I completed a task called basic facts boxes.

I did subtraction up to 20.

I got 100 out of 100 and my time was 1 minute and 59 seconds.

Next time I do basic facts boxes I am going to do addition and subtraction.

SSR Selfie

Today I read a fiction ook called Captain Marvel. I read 24 Pages.

In the begining of Caption Marvel Superwoman and her super heroes tried to stop this giant bomb so they flied up to the sky and superwoman catched the bomb and thrown it back up to the sky and then it exploded.

In the middle iron man went to superwoman and the knocked out these to bad people because they were trying to kill someone.

At the end Superwoman fyed up to space to fight bad guys who were trying to take over the world. The second reason Superwomen went up to space was because she wanted to see what type of machines the bad gys use.

I like doing this task because it helps me with my reading and this book is very intresting.

Story Arch

I completed a story arch aout a book called the little mermaid.

First I wrote the orientation which talks about the story line.

Next I wrote down the inciting incident which is the main event that happens with the charcters in the story.

Then I wrote down the rising action or problems which are problems that happen in the story.

After wards I wrote down the climax. The climax is the main part of the story.

Next I wrote down the success or failure. The success or failure is if something went the good way or the bad way.

Lastly I wrote the resolution. The resolution is fixing what has happened so things are normal.

Maori Queastions

I completed a task and it is called Te Reo.

First I picked a Maori word to put in a sentence saying it in Maori and English.

Second I showed a photo of an object behind, infront, under, left, right so people know what there looking for in the picture.

Lastly I trued to say the objects in Maori so I can learn.

I enjoyed doing this task because it helps me speak Maori.

Fractions

Todsay I completed a task called fractions but using pizza slices and squares.

First I wrote down the fraction and in words.

Second I coloured in the pieces of the pizza that I was going to eat.

Next I wrote a sentence of how many slices there were and how many im gong to eat.

Lastly, I explained the fractions by using the pizza slices and squares.

Today I read a fiction book called Spider Gwen. The illustrators were Jason latour and Robbi Rodriguez.

In the beginning Spider women wich is Stacey she finds out that her dad turned himself in and went to jail.

In the middle Stacey and her friends are purforming to get money to bay rent and a robber trys to steals it but stacey and her friends met a officer who catched the robber and the officer was looking for stacey to ask questions about her dad.

In the end Murdock the powerful ad richest man in the city is try to make stacey turn into a ninja and make stacy work for him so they can team up but stacey doesent want to be bad.

I enjoyed doing this task because it helps me read and this book is getting so entresting.

HPE/Just Dance

Today I did the Tuesday workout. The workout I had to do wass a just dance video.

 Doing the just dance made me very tired, it made me feel like I was a dancer and It kinda made me have a stitch.

I liked doing this activity because it was fun, funny, and I learnt how to dance at the same time I really want to do it again now.

Commenting Thread

I completed a task called comment thread. A comment thread is having a conversation with somebody by commenting the positive feedbacks and talking about the learnings.

My teacher commented on my blog called Proplem Solving you need to have a greetings, compliment and a question to ask in the comment thread.

Dancing Mat Typing

I completed a can-do that is called Dancing Mat Typing it helps people learn how to type fast without looking at the keyboard.

First I went on Dancing level 1 and put a 15 minute timer on.

Then I placed my fingers on the right keypads witch were f, d, s, a, j, k, l, ; and using my index/pointer finger to press h and g.

To finish up I put in my finished results on a google slide. After that I wrote in what I need to improve on.

I need to improve on the letters r, u, t, e and i.

Maori Questions

Today I completed a Te reo Maori task.

I had to make sentences using only the maori words that are on aslide and I had to write it in maori and english.

The words I had to use to write the sentencess were

Muri - behind/back

Maui - left
Mua - infront
Tena - that thing there
Tenei - this thing here

I liked doing this task because I got to learn alot about maori words.

Fairy Tales

Today I shared one of my fairy tales to my class.

Whe had to read 3 fairy tales and write down the charactors, the settings, the proplem and the silaution to fix the proplem.

The 3 fairy tales I did were the beauty and the beast, little mermaid and the princess and the frog.

I enjoyed doing this task because I got to listen to fairy tales and practise my writting at the same time.

Fractions and Shading

Today I completed a task called Fractions.

First I labelled the fractions.

Next I shaded every equal peice and labelled its.

Lastly I created my own fractions labelled it and shaded it.

I completed a Basic Facts Boxes SUbtraction up to 20.

My time was 3 minutes and 58 seconds. I got 100/100 correct answers.

Next time I do Basic facts Boxes I am going to do my time tables do I can get better and better.

Today I read a fairy tail called Beauty and the Beast.

In the begining The father of 3 daughters went out to do shopping for his 3 daughter and he forgot to get a rose but it was night already so he stayed at a castle.

In the Middle in the morning he found a rose to take to Beauty but a giant beast stormed behind him and told him he was going to kill him unless he brings the beast a woman that is beautiful and the woman has to stay forever.

In the end Beuty could only see her father for a week and return to the castle where the beast kept her. Beautys sisters made Beauty stay for an extra day and when Beauty went to the beast he was laying on the floor untill Beauty said the she loves him he was uncursed from the evil witches spell.

I like doing this ativity because this fairytale was very intresting and I loved reading Beauty and the Beast.

Tuesday Workout/Fortnite dances

Today I did my Tuesday workout. The workout I had to do were fortnite dances called Groove jam, Electro Shuffle, Fresh, Floss, The robot, Disco Fever, Flapper, Tidy and Squat Kicks.

Doing the Groove jam made me laugh, the electro shuffle gave me a sticth, the Fresh made me happy, the floss made me relax, the robot made me feel like one, the disco fever was so fun doing it, the flapper was so funny for me, the tidy made me feel cool and the squat kicks was so hard to do I couldn't feel my legs.

I liked doing this activity because I learnt how to dance and I can show everybody my dance moves. My favourite dance move was Disco Fever.

 Today I read a nonfiction book called TE TIRITI O WAITANGI.

In the begining the maoris had Aoteroa to themselve until 1769 when Captain Cook arrived then Pakeha came to hunt seals and whales then lots of people came to Aoteroa to hunt, claim, and cut down trees. 

In the middle the maoris were struglling to feed there families and earn money so many maoris across the world protested about the way the goverment had treated them and still is treatig them.

In the end the moaris had clocths, food, money, they could feed there families and they had there land back.

I like doing this task because I learn about what has happened hundreds of years ago and some of the books I read were very intresting like this book.
