I completed a Mental Health Care challenge the challenge was to be active. The active thing I did was a Mincraft kids yoga session for 19 minutes.
First we used our secret yoga code greeting. The secret code was Namaste.
Next we did multiple yoga poses but was related to Mincraft.
Lastly we lied down on our backs and rested and after that we used out secret yoga greeting witch is Namaste.
I enjoyed doing this because I got up and stretched my body and it felt like I was playing Mincraft in real life.
