Hit practis/day 1

I did the Thursday Workout. The workouts were: Walll Sits, Run on the spot, Squats and Burpbess. 

The first workout I did was Wall sits. Wall sits is when I lean on a wall and pretend im sittingon a chair.

The second workout l did was Squats. Squats are when I stand up and pretend im sitting on a chair  standing up and sitting down over and over again. Make sur not lean on anything.

The third workout I did was Burpess. Burpess are when you jump and pretend to do a push up and stand up and jump doing it over and over again.

These work outs were easy but the wall sits were hard because my legs were shaking.
