Today I did the Mondays work out.
The first work out I did was Ankle Touches. Ankle Touches are when you lie on your back with your knees bent keep your arms straight and beside you. Make sure that your shoulder blades dont touch the ground. Then touch the right ankle wusing a right hand and touch the left ankle using a left hand.
The second work out I did was Lunges, Lunges is when one leg is infront of the other and bend both of your legs and make sure the leg at the the knee touchs the ground.
The last work out I did was Burpees. Burpess are when you jump and pretend to do a push up and stand up and jump doing it over and over again.
