Wensdays workout.

Today I did wensday workout. The workouts were high knees, burpees and mountain climber.

The first wor out I did was high knees. High knees are when I run on the spot but not to fast and lift my leg up to hit my hand. If you like you could hold your hand out like I did above your hip and make your knees touch your hand.

T.The last work out I did was Burpees. Burpess are when you jump and pretend to do a push up and stand up and jump doing it over and over again.

These workouts were hard because my feet eep slipping because I was on a soft and smooth mat.
